The line at the San Andreas DMV moves exactly as fast as you'd expect — and on a roleplay server, that's a feature. This FiveM driving school MLO replaces the floating license NPC with a real institution: two complete DMV interiors, one in Vinewood and one in Paleto Bay, built for servers that treat a driver's license as something you earn rather than spawn with.

Two campuses, one license system

The Vinewood branch handles the city — new citizens fresh off the plane, license reinstatements after one chase too many. Paleto Bay covers Blaine County, so your northern players aren't driving forty minutes (unlicensed, ironically) just to sit a test. If your server runs license checks at traffic stops, having a DMV in both halves of the map keeps the whole loop honest.

Start the written test in the classroom, run the practical from the front door, and stamp the result at reception. Standalone and framework-agnostic — the MLO is pure map content, so ESX, QBCore, Qbox and vanilla servers all load it identically.
