Most FiveM cities have a hospital and a drug trade, and absolutely nothing in between. O'Deas Pharmacy V2 is the missing middle: a working neighborhood drugstore where players pick up prescriptions, EMS restocks supplies, and the odd transaction happens that the manager would rather not log.
Step in off the street and you're on a bright retail floor — green-and-white O'Deas branding, stocked shelving islands, a wall of over-the-counter meds and a proper waiting area by the window. At the back, a curved prescription counter with registers and a dedicated pickup shelf gives your pharmacists an actual workstation instead of a folding table and a prayer.
Behind the counter it turns staff-only: a locker room for clock-in RP and a back office with desks, monitors, and a safe in the corner — useful for payroll, and equally useful when someone decides the day's takings shouldn't stay there overnight.
This is a compact single-interior MLO with clean geometry and a small download, so it earns its slot without denting client performance. It's standalone — no framework dependency — and slots into ESX, QBCore or anything custom with whatever target and job scripts you already run.
Drop the resource into your server, ensure it, and make sure wxmaps_commons is running alongside it like other WXMAPS interiors. Set your blip, hire a pharmacist, and let the city argue about whether the place is legit.
O'Deas Pharmacy MLO is a premium FiveM script. It’s part of the Marketplace catalog, a curated selection of battle-tested resources for QBCore, ESX and Qbox roleplay servers. Every script on Marketplace ships with lifetime updates, secure payments by Tebex, and a ticket system for technical support.
Whether you’re building a QBCore server from scratch, upgrading an ESX Legacy deployment, or migrating to Qbox, this resource drops in cleanly and runs at 0.00ms idle resmon. The config-first design means you can customize prices, permissions and locations without touching the core Lua.
