FREE Free Pickle's Surgery System
Overview

Free Pickle's Surgery System

A surgery script that lets your medical roleplayers actually operate on people. Doctors pick up the tools, work the wound, and either bring the patient back or kill them on the table. Real patients or training dummies, your call.

What it does

Doctors can revive dead players to put them through surgery, or lose them if the operation fails. Every surgery is hands-on: you grab and use props with hand targeting instead of clicking through a menu.

Surgeries included

Five full surgeries out of the box, and the file is open so you can edit them or add your own.

  • Heart Surgery
  • Kidney Surgery
  • Lung Surgery
  • Arm Surgery
  • Leg Surgery

Tools

  • Scalpel: cuts tendons
  • Saw: cuts bone
  • Syringe: heals bleeding wounds

How it plays out

  • Perform surgeries on real players to heal them, dead players supported
  • Failing a surgery kills the patient, then you can try again or walk away
  • Training Mode lets doctors practice a surgery before doing it for real
  • Rewards pay out for both real surgeries and training runs

Rewards

  • Items
  • Cash
  • XP (uses Pickle XP by default)

Jobs

Restrict surgeries to specific jobs so only your medical roles can perform them.

Requirements

  • ESX (1.1+) or QBCore, or write your own bridge (the bridge is fully accessible)
  • ox_lib (works anywhere)
