$9.00 Police Tracker Darts
Overview

Tracker Darts for Law Enforcement

Give PD and sheriff units a way to tag a car instead of losing it in a chase. An officer fires a tracker dart at a vehicle with a configurable keybind, then follows it in real time through an interactive overlay that opens on its own key.

Configuration Options

  • Single dart mode: limit tracking to one active dart at a time, and deploying a new dart automatically destroys the old one.
  • Job restrictions: lock dart usage to specific jobs such as police and sheriff.
  • Tracker installation: optionally require an inventory item to install a tracking system on a vehicle before darts can be fired.
  • Authorized vehicles: limit tracker installation to specific vehicles only.
  • Dart capacity: set how many darts a vehicle can carry to keep tracking balanced.
  • Self-destruct: darts remove themselves after a configurable duration.
  • Blips: customizable blips for tracked vehicles.

How It Plays Out

  1. Install the tracker system on a vehicle using the required item.
  2. Toggle the tracking overlay with the assigned key.
  3. Fire a dart at the target vehicle with the configured keybind.
  4. When the chase is over, walk up to the vehicle and remove the attached dart.

The script runs with minimal resource consumption, and everything from dart behavior to blip appearance can be tweaked in the config to fit your server.
