Russian Roulette Game FiveM
High-stakes Russian Roulette with realistic, optimized ESX/QBCore/Qbox mechanics
Genuinely the most in-depth multijob and boss menu you'll ever own. Weeks went into both menus and into thinking past what a multijob usually is. It enriches the whole server, not just the jobs it ships with.
Works with QBCore and QBox. Society accounts are managed internally by default, but you can disable them and integrate Renewed-Banking, a custom banking system, or any society account solution you already run. Switching between systems is a simple config change.
Unlimited jobs, configurable caps: players can hold as many jobs as you allow. Set a maximum or leave it uncapped, with no changes required to your existing job systems.
On and off duty, four ways: 3D world markers, TextUI prompts, target interactions, or straight from the multijob menu. All four run through the same backend pipeline, so behavior stays consistent.
Duty zones: restrict duty status to real locations with polyzone support. Burgershot staff stay on duty only inside Burgershot, police only in station zones, EMS only at the hospital. Automatic clock-out on exit, an optional grace period before removal, and unrestricted jobs are still supported.
Infinite job statistics: define any metric through Config.Stats. Total minutes worked and weekly hours ship as defaults; arrests made, burgers flipped, tickets issued, repairs completed and patients treated are a few config lines away. Each stat gets its own title, icon and description template like "You made {amount} arrests", and can be updated from anywhere via exports. Players see a complete performance overview for every job they hold.
Per-job leaderboards: every job gets its own leaderboard with custom point values per statistic. 60 points per arrest, 1 point per minute worked, 5 per completed repair, whatever fits that profession. Each job ends up with its own progression and competition.
Notifications center: each job has a dedicated inbox for boss messages, employee messages, redeemable rewards and bonus notifications, with full conversation history. Employees reply directly from the multijob menu.
Society accounts with transaction logs: deposits, withdrawals and employee bonuses, every action logged with amount, employee and timestamp. Prefer external banking? Disable the built-in accounts and plug in Renewed-Banking, a custom solution, or the society resource you already use.
Employee management: hire, fire, promote and demote, then dig into each employee's weekly progress, hours worked, arrests, custom statistics and lifetime performance. Search by name or ID, filter by rank, message employees directly or pay out bonuses that land instantly in their notification center.
Custom application forms: build applications with unlimited questions, create, edit and delete forms, and place submission points anywhere with the raycast placement system. The whole workflow stays in-game: a player submits, the boss reviews and accepts or denies in one click, schedules an interview, and the applicant confirms or requests a new time.
Messaging and bonuses: send direct messages, cash bonuses, rewards and announcements, delivered instantly through the employee notification center.
Weekly targets and rewards: set goals on hours worked, arrests, sales or any custom statistic. Configure bonuses and redeemable rewards with unlock conditions; employees track progress in real time and claim the moment they hit the target.
Built to the same performance standards as every other resource in the catalog: efficient server-side data handling, minimal database interactions, optimized processing pipelines, reliable long-term operation. Set it up once and let it run.
Every mechanic, cap and toggle is adjustable: job limits, duty systems, weekly targets, leaderboards, notifications, society accounts and application systems. English, German, French, Spanish and Arabic are included; switching languages is a single configuration change and adding new ones is straightforward.
Built-in support for Discord, Fivemerr, FiveManage, Grafana and Loki. A dedicated logs.lua file lets you configure destinations, enable or disable individual log events and customize logging behavior.
There's much more included, with additional features planned for future updates.
Advanced Multijob & Workforce Boss Menu is a premium FiveM script for esx, qbcore, qbox servers. It’s part of the Marketplace catalog, a curated selection of battle-tested resources for QBCore, ESX and Qbox roleplay servers. Every script on Marketplace ships with lifetime updates, secure payments by Tebex, and a ticket system for technical support.
Whether you’re building a QBCore server from scratch, upgrading an ESX Legacy deployment, or migrating to Qbox, this resource drops in cleanly and runs at 0.00ms idle resmon. The config-first design means you can customize prices, permissions and locations without touching the core Lua.
