This script brings real offroading to your FiveM server. Players can no longer take any car onto any terrain and get away with it. Cars sink into mud, sand, dirt and other soft materials, which makes it much harder to cross rough ground in a vehicle that was never built for it.
Each material has its own parameters: depth, softness and traction.
Determines how deep a vehicle can sink into a surface. The deeper it sinks, the harder it is to drive, and vehicles can get stuck in materials like mud or wet sand.
Affects how quickly a vehicle sinks. Harder surfaces like gravel slow the sinking. Softer surfaces like wet sand or mud cause rapid sinking.
Defines grip on the surface. Low traction reduces acceleration, braking and turning, which leads to skidding on gravel or rocks.
The entire driving dynamic changes. Players have to think twice before leaving the road, because a car that was not built for offroading has a strong chance of getting stuck if the driver does not know what they are doing. You can drop the old "no GTA driving, no offroading" rule, since only real off-road vehicles will handle the worst terrain.
Realistic Offroad Physics does not modify the vehicle runtime handling meta, so it stays compatible with basically every other resource.
Works flawlessly on any server, framework or no framework at all.
