Gabz 24/7 MLO — FiveM Convenience Store Interior Pack
Gabz’s reworked 24/7 convenience store interiors for FiveM — built for shopkeeper jobs, robbery scripts and player-owned stores. Standalone and QBox/QBCore/ESX compatible.
Every serious RP city learns it eventually: half the stories happen out in the county, and vanilla Sandy Shores hands your deputies a locked door and a parking lot. This WXMAPS MLO replaces that with a full working sheriff's station. Outside you get a lore-friendly brick building with a fenced patrol yard, radio tower and flagpole. Inside, the floor plan covers the entire arrest pipeline without a single teleport.
Deputies can drive a suspect straight into the secure two-bay garage, wash-down hoses included, and walk them into booking without breaking scene. From there the layout flows the way a real station does. Reception and front offices carry department photos on the walls, a meeting room handles shift briefings, and the interrogation room has a one-way mirror and a table your detectives will get very familiar with. Holding cells cover custody, and an evidence room closes the chain on everything CID seizes.
The armory is the standout. There's a pegboard tool wall, a workbench with a reloading press, crated ammunition stacked on the shelving and long guns racked behind cabinet doors. It reads like a working county armory rather than a wall texture labelled "guns", which makes quartermaster duty, weapon checkout logs and maintenance RP feel earned instead of imagined.
This is a pure MLO with no framework dependency. ESX, QBCore, Qbox and standalone communities all run it as-is. WXMAPS ships fully custom assets and materials at a lean ~39 MB, with tuned door audio and its own timecycle, so the interior lighting holds up on night shifts instead of going murky.
You get the complete station resource with real in-game screenshots to match. Drop it into your resources folder, ensure it in server.cfg, and make sure wxmaps_commons (the shared WXMAPS dependency) is installed and started first. Restart, drive out to Sandy, and put the county back to work.
Sandy Shores Sheriff's Station and Patrol Yard MLO is a premium FiveM script. It’s part of the Marketplace catalog, a curated selection of battle-tested resources for QBCore, ESX and Qbox roleplay servers. Every script on Marketplace ships with lifetime updates, secure payments by Tebex, and a ticket system for technical support.
Whether you’re building a QBCore server from scratch, upgrading an ESX Legacy deployment, or migrating to Qbox, this resource drops in cleanly and runs at 0.00ms idle resmon. The config-first design means you can customize prices, permissions and locations without touching the core Lua.
