Heists and illegal work

• Pacific heist: heavy item requirements, multiple hack progress stages, big money and crypto payout
• Vangelico, Fleeca, Paleto: minigames on safes and doors, fail the minigame and you're locked out
• Art Robbery: minigame with a police alert on failure, payout raised from $750 to $1,300
• Car boosting: rebuilt with a fresh function, VIN scratch fixes and a new boosting laptop
• Bank Robbery: new crypto percentages and better money odds, goldbar weight cut so big banks are actually crackable
• Blackmarket: marked bills set to 1,500, around 7 new weapons added to the laptop
• Sting: tracker counts and crypto rewards rebalanced

Police and EMS

• New MRPD police station with tray, check-in, mugshot, briefing room screen and a dedicated police garage
• Sandy PD reworked with check-in, fixed Boss Menu, golden revolver in the armory, Bennys fix
• Panic, GPS and officer-down buttons now share a 10 second cooldown
• /911 for civilians, /911r for officers to respond
• Bullet-based taser replaces the old stungun for every officer
• Body cam now shows the character name instead of the Steam name
• EMS reworked to actually help people

Businesses and jobs

• RedLine mechanic goes live with 2 shops, map, stash, outfits, boss menu, duty and register
• Cat Cafe MLO and job added, Cool Beans removed
• Up N Atom burger MLO and job replaces Krusty Krab
• Punch machines and duty zones added across every new restaurant
• Around 10 new food buffs across restaurant meals
• Toolshop now stocks nightvision and slaptable
• New Deliveries, garbage collection and pizza delivery jobs

City changes

• New Legion Park area with gas station, 24/7 supermarket and a timed minigame
• Rental and Apartments moved to new spots, apartments now use target entry and exit
• Ballas gang added to the map
• Every gang without parking gets a way to pull cars, plus one extra map-wide lot
• Sandy Shores PD rebuilt
• Old Bob IPL back in for people who prefer it

Quality of life

• fakeplate item, cars with one on can't enter your private garage until you remove it
• F1 trunk entry through the radial menu, with a notify if you're not near the car
• Rented vehicle resale at 50% of purchase price via an NPC behind the car shop
• Handcuff escape timing tightened so it can't be abused
• Adrenaline effects sorted, cryptopaper no longer locks your inventory
• Vehicle prices synced when selling at 50%
• Queue system and duty points fixed, dispatch alerts in the hunting area removed
• oxmysql updated for security and to fix broken script functions
• Admin menu, loading screens and character-select animation refreshed
