$25.00 RAINMAD House Robbery
Overview

RAINMAD House Robbery

A full house robbery loop for FiveM. Buy a welding machine from the mission NPC, take the job, drive to the marked house, weld the keypad, and clear the place solo or with a crew.

Dependencies

  • ESX, QBCore (all versions) or Qbox
  • ox_lib

How the job runs

  1. Buy the tools: purchase the welding machine from the mission NPC, then take the house robbery job from the same NPC. You can restrict the job to specific in-game hours.
  2. Find the house: head to the area marked on the map and weld the keypad to get inside.
  3. Rob it clean: enter alone or with friends. Each house has carriable items and corners to search, a private safe with the minigame of your choice, and a houseowner sleeping in the bedroom, armed with a bat or a gun.
  4. Cash out: return to the mission NPC to sell the stolen items or trade them for other items.

House tiers

Three pre-configured tiers ship with the script:

  • I. Lowend
  • II. Midend
  • III. Highend

You can also build new houses for robbery using the included House Robbery, Creating a House for Robbery guide.

Latest update

The hidden safe behind the picture has been replaced with an animated safe on the table, with a smooth opening sequence for extra realism.

Configuration

Open configs let you change what sits inside each house type (searchables, collectables, safe, resident), add new houses, and tune prices and rewards. Notifications and many other tweakable bits live in bridge/ and locales.
